Sawtooth Research Group, Inc. is a firm based in Meridian, Idaho.

The firm started business in Nampa, Idaho in 1996 as Northwest Research Group, then was incorporated in 1998 as NWRG, Inc. dba Northwest Research Group. In the spring of 2006 the decision was made to change the corporate name to Sawtooth Research Group, Inc. before expanding further outside the Pacific Northwest into other parts of the United States.

In July 1999, Kenneth M. Carlsen joined the firm and in March, 2007 Thaddeus J. Carlsen took over day to day operations of the firm and is now President.
